Real estate developer, business consultant, and entrepreneur based in Sarasota, Florida, Arthur Marshall NFL is a man of vision. Also, Marshall is a household name due to his time spent playing professionally. He was an accomplished American football player, having spent time in the NFL.

Marshall has been working in business and real estate for almost two decades. After hanging up his football cleats, he got into real estate. The athlete turned entrepreneur is responsible for the launch of many successful companies, including indiePlanet Global.

The former football player is a devoted supporter of various charitable organizations. One of these organizations helps feed people experiencing homelessness, while another helps needy youngsters. He has been a faithful member of his local bible fellowship for many years. In his own time, he enjoys going to the movies, playing golf, seeing new places, and attending live performances when he's not working or volunteering.

Marshall, a business strategist and entrepreneur with a keen eye for the future, was instrumental in establishing indiePlanet Global's three locations in Wyoming, Miami, and Sarasota. In 2015, indiePlanet Global was formed by the former athlete turned entrepreneur. The firm helps its business customers set realistic, growth-oriented objectives.

Asset protection, business counselling, real estate development, and advertising are just some of the many services offered by Arthur Marshall NFL and the staff of indiePlanet Global. Real estate investment, finance, corporate credit and business financing are the firm's primary focus areas, and indiePlanet Global is led by a seasoned real estate consultant and former NFL player.

iPG Business Credit, a subsidiary of indiePlanet Global, provides entrepreneurs with easier access to capital and resources. iPG Business Credit helps its customers establish credit histories and access operating capital since it is a business formation and credit firm. It also facilitates loans by way of its vast investor base.

​

In addition to being the CEO of indiePlanet Global and iPG Business Credit, Marshall has just launched a new venture under the name "Arthur Marshall Real Estate" to fulfil his growing demand as an independent real estate adviser. The mission of Arthur Marshall Real Estate is to prepare its students to succeed as real estate entrepreneurs.

Work Experiences

​

Former NFL wide receiver turned real estate consultant in Marshall. Marshall suited up for the Denver Broncos and the New York Giants during his professional football career. He played professionally for five years, and during that time, he set an NFL record by passing for 81 yards and scoring against the Dallas Cowboys.

​

After retiring from professional athletics, Arthur Marshall NFL transitioned into the real estate and construction industries. His real estate and building profession, which he has continued to this day despite relocating to Florida, started more than two decades ago in his native Georgia.

​

Marshall's real estate projects include residences as little as 1,000 square feet and as large as 10,000 square feet. Apartment buildings, duplexes, and townhouses are all included in this category. Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee are just a few other states where Marshall has developed real estate. Altogether, the real estate visionary has completed several hundred projects.

He has also undertaken a wide range of commercial building and land development projects, in addition to residential ones, including apartments, multi-family duplexes, and townhouses. In his adopted home of Florida, Marshall has put his decades of experience in the real estate industry to good use.

History of Education

​

The High School of Hephzibah

​

Hephzibah High School was near Marshall's boyhood home in rural Richmond County, Georgia, so he enrolled there. Hephzibah High School has more students than any other Richmond County high school combined. Arthur played four different sports in high school and was named the Georgia high school athlete of the year by USA Today.

​

His high school football jersey number, was retired when he graduated because of his outstanding career. Later, he joined the National Football League to play football professionally.

​

Georgia State University

​

Athens, Georgia's Arthur Marshall NFL is a grad of neighbouring UGA. It is one of the nation's oldest public institutions, opening its doors in 1785. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Georgia in 1991.

​

During Marshall's college years in the 1980s, the University of Georgia was one of just a handful of schools that offered a real estate degree. The university now serves as the flagship of Georgia's public university system.

​

Marshall played football at the University of Georgia at the same high level as in high school. Soon after he finished school, the Denver Broncos of the National Football League signed him.

​

Works of Charity

​

Marshall, a former NFL wide receiver, is an outspoken advocate for a growing number of worthwhile causes. His bible group, his ministry, and the homeless he feeds are all examples of the good he does in the world. Over the years, he has organized and led dozens of social camps for hundreds of young people. He has supported his church's work with regular contributions for a long time.

Arthur has donated to that essential children's charity for over five years. The forward-thinking property developer, consultant, and entrepreneur has also provided scores of low-income families with new homes and helped them save for a down payment.

​

At the same time, Arthur Marshall NFL is enthusiastic about mentoring the next generation of business leaders and real estate experts. With that, he has given lengthy and candid talks to audiences interested in replicating his success by purchasing, constructing, and selling real estate.

Merit Badges and Guinness World Records

​

Marshall, a former star in the National Football League, is a decorated athlete. In American football, he once held a world record. The University of Georgia alum and former Denver Broncos and New York Giants player garnered several athletic honours during his career, including:

  • The University of Georgia Football Hall of Famer and USA Today's Georgia High School Athlete of the Year

​

The longest throw ever caught by a player other than a quarterback in the NFL's history was formerly held by Marshall. His record-setting performance occurred when he threw a touchdown pass of 81 yards against the Dallas Cowboys. Around a decade later, in 2003, Pittsburgh Steelers' Josh Miller matched his mark.

Private Matters

​

Fort Gordon, Georgia, is the place of origin for Arthur J. Marshall Jr. He was raised in the Peach State, near Fort Gordon and Augusta. Arthur was a sporting star in his youth. Soon after completing his education at the University of Georgia, he became a football superstar in the National Football League (NFL).

​

A present resident of Sarasota, Florida, on the state's gorgeous Gulf Coast is NFL star, Arthur Marshall. He has several interests and activities outside of business and charity. This category falls under movies, golf, concerts, and the great outdoors.

 

After Marshall was invited to a charity golf event, he immediately fell in love with the sport. Meanwhile, he became interested in movies while viewing them with his Georgia Bulldogs football team before each game. He still has a deep appreciation for cinema's ability to convey stories.
